What is Your Setup?Apple System Profiler is good to collect version numbers of system software and all the updates which may be installed in one place. You find System Profiler in the Utilities folder or in the Apple Menu -> About This Mac -> More Info... 
Save the report from the File Menu, and email the file to me. The "Basic" Profile from the "View" menu
is fine, but the extended wich takes a minute to save is sometimes better.
